Aria e Luce – Alessandro Sciaraffa

technical support: Angelo Comino

Here, now, straight away, and in all its complexity. “My heart was fashioned to be susceptible to love and sympathy…Once I falsely hoped to meet with beings who, pardoning my outward form, would love me… I desired love and fellowship, and I was still spurned.” [sin-ton-y] of the heart: enlightening and grounding, the simplicity of sound reveals, beyond all appearance, the font of life itself. All monstrosity contains within it infinite beauty. Listening deeply, the sound of the heart propagates in luminous waves, taking us back to the shared origin of life of all creatures. “Oh! be men, or more than men. ! Be steady in your purposes, and firm as a rock. This ice is not made of such stuff as your hearts may be; it is mutable, and cannot withstand you, if you say that it shall not. […] Return as heroes who have fought and conquered, and who know not what it is to turn their backs on the foe.”
