What is the economy up to? What does it do today? Do economists still exist as a profession, or are all we have science-fiction writers and statistical reports on what is happening in the various market areas? Francesco Bernabei has been asking himself these questions for years. He thinks that in times of crisis, both thought and action plans need to be reviewed: we need to change.
Francesco Bernabei is (or seeks to be) a social developer, who has worked in the past on conscientious objection, non-violence, ethical finance, alternative energy and social economics. He is currently working with Regione Basilicata to establish a Community Foundation for the artistically-minded and for the introduction of a voucher to be spent in projects supporting active citizenship.
